At Old Registry Vets we are committed to providing care for our clients in these unprecedented times. However to be able to continue to do so we must ensure the safety of our staff, as such we are now limiting our opening times to 9:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday until further notice. Saturday remains unchanged. We will still have a vet on call for the hours we are closed for emergencies.
We are also limiting the amount of staff we have in the practice at any one time.
We would like to take this time to also remind our clients of our policies at this time which we have put in place for our clients safety and the safety of our staff.
– DO NOT enter the practice. Phone when you are outside and a staff member will help you.
– We are open for urgent and non routine appointments only and collection of essential medications.
-We are accepting card payments only.
-Please use the hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities provided.
-Please be patient as we have been experiencing a high volume of calls, if you are unable to get through to let us know you are here please keep trying.
-Please be aware due to the limited amount of staff we are unable to check comments on our facebook page, we are not ignoring your well wishes and we appreciate them.
