Due to the latest government instructions we are now cancelling all routine appointments and are only open for urgent/emergency care and collection of essential medications.
If you have a routine appointment booked we will phone you please do not call the surgery.
When you arrive at the surgery for an appointment or to collect medications please phone to let reception know you are here. We will take payment over the phone and bring the medication to you.
We will be reducing staff numbers in the practice so this may cause delays and we ask for your patience at this difficult time.
We have been experiencing an unprecedented amount of phone-calls so if you are calling and struggling to get through especially to let us know you are here please be patient and keep trying.
We will continue to keep you updated as our policies and approach to this situation change but as you can imagine it is a very difficult time and the safety of our clients and staff is at the fore front of our priorities.
